2026 readiness dates
February 2026 marks the first listed date, with Noarlunga scheduled for 626 homes. Playford Alive eastern balance site follows in March 2026 for 1,480 homes, while the former West End Brewery site at Thebarton is listed for early 2026 and 1,000 homes. Greater Seaton Urban Renewal is set for July 2026 with 1,452 homes, and Smithfield reaches stage one readiness in November 2026 for more than 1,500 homes.
Elizabeth South on John Rice Avenue and Tapangka on Franklin Street both carry November and December 2026 dates. The latter project covers 329 homes plus mixed-use elements and is noted to run through 2030. Every entry on the timeline states that construction readiness remains subject to master planning.
Projects scheduled for 2027 to 2029
The Magill UniSA site is listed for 2027, with allotment numbers still to be confirmed after further discussions with Campbelltown City Council. Onkaparinga Heights, formerly known as Hackham, is scheduled for September 2027 and 2,000 homes. Concordia and Sellicks Beach appear at the end of the timeline for December 2029, carrying targets of 10,000 and 1,700 homes respectively.
