Minimum wage in Adelaide
The national minimum wage is $24.10/hour (from 1 July 2026). The national minimum weekly wage is $915.90/week (38-hour week). Most Adelaide workers are covered by a modern award that sets higher minimum rates.
Unfair dismissal in Adelaide
If you've been dismissed and believe it was harsh, unjust or unreasonable, you have a strict 21-day time limit from the date of dismissal to lodge an application with the Fair Work Commission.
